通過(guò)展覽會(huì )促銷(xiāo)酒店必須做好以下幾個(gè)方面.
酒店要想通過(guò)參加展覽會(huì )達到促銷(xiāo)的目的,必須做好以下幾方面的工作:
   (1)注意展位的布置和展銷(xiāo)會(huì )期間活動(dòng)的安排
    參展的目的就是將自己的產(chǎn)品展現在客戶(hù)面前,吸引客戶(hù)進(jìn)而達成交易。展位的選擇很重要。拐角處的雙開(kāi)面的展位要比單開(kāi)面的展位更能吸引觀(guān)眾,費用也不會(huì )太高;選擇一個(gè)人流較大的展位比較重要,比較偏僻的展位效果則大打折扣。展會(huì )商會(huì )提前發(fā)來(lái)邀請函,并附有展位平面圖,所以及早預訂可獲得較理想的展位。
    展位是門(mén)面,展位布置的風(fēng)格、形式對于吸引參展代表的注意力和興趣具有重要作用。因為參展單位較多集中在狹小的空間,人們不可能光顧所有的展位,而富有新意、不同于一般的展位能更好地吸引參展代表的眼球。最好邀請專(zhuān)業(yè)的設計機構對展位進(jìn)行設計和裝潢,但要有酒店的人員參與其中,展位的色彩要整體諧調,不需太花哨,展位的上方貼出大幅強勢宣傳廣告噴繪畫(huà),并配有燈光效果,讓客戶(hù)很遠就能看到。
    展位可以設置食品飲料和酒店模型、客房或健身設施實(shí)物等展示。另外,為了避免參加展銷(xiāo)會(huì )只是純粹與人們交談和發(fā)放宣傳品,酒店有必要安排一些特別促銷(xiāo)項目參展,如現場(chǎng)獻計、食品品嘗、歌舞表演等。
   (2)展中注意事項
    參展人員除統一著(zhù)裝和佩帶專(zhuān)業(yè)設計師設計酒店標識的胸牌外,需特別注重自己的形象。每個(gè)人要站立迎賓,精神抖數,良好的精神面貌體現了酒店的活力和蓬勃向上的氛圍。參展人員不要在展會(huì )前隨意打鬧或吃喝,不要在展位前無(wú)所事事,看書(shū)讀報,給客戶(hù)不好的印象。
    面對光顧展位的客戶(hù),主動(dòng)打招呼,歡迎進(jìn)來(lái)參觀(guān)。
    對于來(lái)展位進(jìn)行交流的客戶(hù),留下他們的名片,并邀請他們合影,并在對方的名片上進(jìn)行標明。通過(guò)合影,便于對客戶(hù)的記憶,展后將相片以郵件發(fā)給客戶(hù),相片上標明于某展會(huì )合影留念,會(huì )起到比較理想的效果。
